Just a quick post while I have Internet access. Nothing done to this, other than adjusting the cloud color. (Scotland really doesn't have blue clouds - most of the time.)

The people here in Scotland are wonderful. Just sayin'.

Two SOOC shots stitched together.

I'm again taking advantage of the fact that I have Internet access and posting a shot. I'll have many more once I return home. Today was a great day for photography, even in the rain. That's what an umbrella is for.

This shot was taken at 10:40PM and consists of two SOOC shots, stitched together to form a vertorama. Both shots are just about 65 seconds each, both at ISO 200 f 4.0, 10mm.

You are looking west at the small boat harbor in Balmaha, on the shores of Loch Lomond, Scotland. (See the map.)

Flickr Explore: May 4, 2009

Yesterday my camera took over. It's a long story, but I took over today. I went back to this place twice today in an attempt to re-create the messed up images caused by the take-over. I think I spent at least 3 hours here today.

St. Andrews Castle is visible in the background, on the horizon. St. Andrews Cathedral is visible at the end of the wall.
