I went out to White Rock Bay on Antelope Island for the sunset yesterday. I'm amazed at how the lake has entirely changed this spring. We've had so much rain and snow, so the water level has gone up considerably. All of the places I used to go to shoot a year ago are now under water. This forced me to find new places to shoot.
Not a lot to hear. Just the wind. It was cold and peaceful, and no rain. I do like how the water seems to be rushing to the setting sun, which had set at this point.

Somewhere in West Texas.
This was the calm part of the storm. I felt that at anytime my car was going to start flying. A bit disconcerting. I was seriously sitting forward, scanning the surroundings, looking for funnel clouds, and hoping I wasn't part of the nightly news.
The video does this no justice.
I'll be back at some point, but thought I'd at least update my stream with something.
