This is part of the sculpture created in Auckland by Anton Parsons called "Passing Time". It can be found on Wilsons Reserve near CPIT on the corner of St Asaph Street and Madras Street.

It is a number loop with every year between when CPIT was founded in and when the sculpture was installed (2010). The sculpture took a year to creat from the first proposal to the sculpture being finished.
