Just got back from a week in Norfolk. I hope to have some decent pics to post when I've gone through them all, but meanwhile here's a fun one which gives me a chance to use the above subject line for the first and last time. This is feeding the ducks - Norfolk style - at the Ferry Inn, Horning.

Most gardeners will be familiar with daylilies, or Hemerocallis. Each bloom lasts for a day, opening in the first two or three hours of daylight, remaining beautifully wide open all day, then withering overnight. But the next day usually brings more so a patch like mine flowers brightly and continuously for a couple of weeks or more.
This morning, on the spur of the moment, I made a timelapse video of them opening. I could have done with starting an hour earlier, when they were still tightly shut, but as I said it was spur of the moment. And it's surprising how much they move in the breeze even on an almost still day. But it was just a bit of fun and a good learning experience - I took way more frames than I needed but I'll know better next time.
It runs forward, then quickly back, then forward again. If the jittering makes your eyes go funny, the ones on the left are a bit easier to watch!

I've been meaning to try this for ages. This is 1/4 speed at Full HD resolution which is what you get with 'high frame rate' on the 90D. I can do slower speeds with the Sony RX10 Mark IV but the quality is a lot lower.

I've been practicing slow motion video with the Sony RX10 - it makes it pretty easy to do but you still have to get the subject to cooperate...
