This is one of the eastern bluebirds that are nesting my yard this spring. I usually prefer a natural perch but I like the textures on the old and rusting fence post.

Éste es uno de los azulejos garganta canela que anidan en mi patio. Por lo común prefiero posaderos naturales pero me gustan las texturas que la pintura que pela provee en este poste de cerca viejo.

Perched in this old hackberry tree, it was difficult for me to get a good angle on this male eastern bluebird.
