Maple Ridge, BC Canada

Port Haney Wharf, located in the historic part of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, is a charming spot with a rich history.

The wharf has been a hub of activity for decades. Constructed in 1935, it originally served as a real estate and insurance office in upper Haney.

In 1950, it was moved when the Post Office on 224 Street was built.

Later, the Roy Beckstrom Towing Company used it as an office on the riverfront until the early 1980s.

The wharf is situated near the Billy Miner Pub and the bypass.
It’s a short walk from downtown Maple Ridge and very close to the train station.

From here, you can enjoy great views of Derby Reach Regional Park across the river and Mount Baker to the east
.
The wharf remains a picturesque spot where the past meets the present, offering glimpses of the Fraser River’s heritage.
