I am sorry to be in such a black mood today, but I wonder if we realize what we are doing to ourselves throughout the world. Society is completely divided, not what I brought my children up to be nor do I want my grandchildren to feel that way. Money seems to be more important than human life. Equality does not even seem to matter. Keeping everyone healthy is unimportant to our politicians. Lies don't seem to even matter anymore. We seem to be destroying ourselves, our wildlife, our habitat, and in general our surroundings. Wildfires are extreme, in the US, Brazil and now in the Arctic, flooding is becoming more common and surely hurricanes will become more violent which we may well see this year and this is due to greed and lack of stewardship and caring on our part. Do we not have scruples, the desire to leave a better world for future generations, or are we just trying to destroy ourselves? It is a serious question and we better find a good answer before it is too late, and time is running out fast!
