The centre of the dome is the image of God. Below it are the images of saints, with Jesus, Virgin Mary, and St. John. The size of the letter is 6-foot high.

This bronze canopy, built in 1633 is the world’s largest bronze structure in the world at 26 metres tall. The four twisted columns are replica of those from the Temple of Solomon, and believed to have been leant on by Jesus Christ. The metal was stripped from Pantheon’s dome. The ceiling of the canopy has an image of the Holy Spirit. Under the canopy is an altar only to be used by the Pope.
