This crystalline design structure was opened officially on June 2, 2007. It is a mixture of steel, glass, aluminum, and concrete, and boasts that it has no right angles inside the building. It is five-story high with 56,000 sq. ft. of space. It is an interesting addition to the existing buildings (from 1914) of the Royal Ontario Museum.
