The crumbling sandstone coast of northern Corfu near Sidari, captured a few minutes before sunset during a family holiday back in June. Given the high erosion rates, the rock in the foreground is likely to disappear within the next ten years or so. However, the erosion of the cliffs in the distance will result in the formation of various other geological features along the coastline in the not too distant future. Thanks for stopping by.
