i was just getting set up and blow me if the cuckoo landed where i wanted it,but i was not ready for it,as you can see the i was to close and out of focus ,so i turned it a bit arty,i remeber waiting for hours and it never returned to the same spot, but thats bird photography for you..

this was put in to show the back (over head view) of the golden ringed dragon fly,the back of the body resembaling some sort of face,im not sure if it is supposed to resemble a hornet or wasp or similar but i would imagine it is designed to put off any sort of predator,if any one could enlighten me that would be great as dragonflies are not my forte,i just find them very fascenating(not sure if thats spelt right)..............taken with canon 100mm lens (cropped by 20%),.
