It is really great of doing body weight training at home with my cats. They are very curious about my unusual action. However, I do enjoy their companionship and self training.

There are only few COVID-19 cases in Taiwan. I still cut down 80% of my social activity and stay at home. I work out every day with my lovely pet as companion.
