Once heavily hunted for its valuable skin but now protected, the Yacaré Caiman is found in incredibly large populations within the Brazilian Pantanal. They are similar in appearance to the spectacled caiman, and reach a maximum adult length of 3 metres (9.8 feet). Caimans and capibaras are jaguars favourite prey.

The Pallas’s Cat is small and adorable to look at, but can be ferocious. Also known as the Manul, Pallas’s Cat has long and dense light grey fur. Its rounded ears are set low on the sides of the head. Its head-and-body length ranges from 46 to 65 cm with a 21 to 31 cm long bushy tail.

The Pallas's cat, also known as the Manul, is a small wild cat with long and dense light grey fur. It finds shelter in rock crevices and burrows, and preys foremost on rabbits and rodents. The female gives birth to between two and six kittens in spring.
