I do like a border, but I haven't got the patience for all that messing around with photoshop. I've tried to shoot this in a natural frame using the plinth, a drainpipe and the roof, with a little cropping top and bottom.
I just need someone to stand upper left with a piece of black card and I'm there. Any takers?
For those who might not know, this is a statue of Eric Morecambe, Britains best loved dead comedian. Where else would you find a statue of a funny guy but Morecambe, former holiday resort and butt of countless jokes.

The Johnny Marr I know is a professor of jangley guitars at the university of The Smiths, indie band from my home town Manchester.
My favourite ever concert was when I went to see them at the Manchester Free Trade Hall back in the 1980's. To say it was a rock and roll riot would barely describe the evenings entertainment. About 3000 people in a hall for 1500. Dancing consisted of bouncing on the spot you occupied, with occasional surges to the stage, trying to avoid the fights that broke out here and there. Blood, sweat, tears and Morrissey. Brilliant!
I can't tell you much about this Johnny Marr other than he was a Morecambe lad who helped make Cambridge a world renown centre for Geological studies, apparently. He has been described as the first world famous man born in Morecambe. This raises some questions.
1. Who are all the others who followed him?
2. Who is he?
