An unusually warm and sunny day meant I could get the macro lens out and give it a practise..... neighbours probably thought I was weird, on hands and knees scrabbling about in the front lawn :)

I went out in the field opposite my house the other day, and decided to unleash my macro lens, as I haven't really used it much since I got it. I quite liked this outcome though, the limited sharpness and DoF seemed to make that one lone daisy stand out more against the blended green background. I like the painted effect that came out, if I ever get the time I would probably paint this on canvas :)
