Last weekend I was visiting Torre de Moncorvo, a small city in a sub-region of Douro. One of its natural resources is the iron and its production was one of the most important activities. Iron extraction was interrupted for about 40 years, but it is now going to be activated again.
Love iron work applied as ornamental details on doors, windows and fences. Here I had the opportunity to capture some beautiful examples, and most of them are remarkable for their simplicity.
