I was resting in the middle of the sea, probably one of the few safe places in Portugal last week, while other places were burning to ashes and death... I felt so guilty to be so well, while other people, including children, were dying and I could do nothing for them. So many things that could have been done to avoid such a dramatic situation! And next week, and next month, and next year?... How are things to be? Can we learn from these mistakes?

I want to thank to all my friends who wrote to me via Flickr, Facebook and sms showing their concern and solidarity...
