Another in a series of shots I took of a group of horses against an incredible sunset last month. I pulled off the side of a county road to photograph them against that fiery sky.

Plage de la Lagune (La Teste-de-Buch)

Une plage agréable, large et belle, qui donne sur la façade océanique. En été, il y a une multitude d'activités qui s'y déroulent. Il y a des restaurants au bord de la plage, c'est animé et joyeux. Il y a une zone pour pratiquer le naturisme au sud de la plage. La baignade est surveillée, car contrairement aux plages sur le bassin, les plages océanes sont dangereuses et les baïnes, ces forts courants qui s'éloignent du bord, peuvent entraîner les baigneurs loin.

An attentive observer will notice two ducks flying low over the water against the reflection of the reeds - frightened by my sudden appearance in their oasis of peace and quiet.
