He just has a bit part in the Dolphin show at Sea World, but if he can just catch a break, I'm sure he'll be the star in his own show, one day. (Especially if his tail grows back.)

I know I would have, given the distraction of the beautiful woman. :-)
Was she giving hand signals, striking a ballet pose, or making an obscene gesture?

How cute is that? How can anything so adorable be so ferocious?

Of course, it's a lot easier to roll a person to prevent bed sores than it is an Orca, but you don't get to were those cute little wet suits in a hospital. Speaking of which, I wonder how long it took the geniuses at Sea World to come up with the idea of having its trainers wear wet suits that blend in with the water, making them hard to see, rather than ones that make them look like baby Killer Whales.
I'm sure that Jill would love to do this job so much that she'd pay them for the privilege. In fact, that's just what she did, sort of. They only let her charm the smaller, less lethal, dolphins, but I'd bet that she'd be willing to trade her motor home for a chance to be with the Killer Whales, who are probably easier to handle than her motor home.
I thought that the little Snowy was a wild one, at first, because no one ever interacted with it or talked about it. It was fun watching it wait patiently for a little morsel of spilled food, which never happened, but then I saw a video of an identical stage at Sea World Orlando and they had the same bird in it. Talk about a commute!
I don't know what its purpose was, if it was part of the show. Maybe, if Shamu goes crazy, the Egret flies in to distract it, while the trainer escapes. If so, I think a cute nickname would be "Chaff."
This trainer even looks a bit like Jill. I have a similar shot where she is bending over, seemingly wagging her ass, in order to get the Orca to wave its tail, but you've probably already seen enough of Jill's ass. ;-)
