This is neither HDR nor Orton. This is my own new effect that I'm working on. Here's how I did it. First, I set my camera's DOF to 0. That way, I'm assured that there will be no place in the entire pic that's in focus. Then, I set the IS on my lens to -3. This adds shake to the camera, rather than removing it. Next, I misapplied the rule of thirds by composing the shot so that there is approximately 1/3 at the top, 1/3 in the middle, and 1/3 at the bottom.
Best viewed small.
(By the way, ISU stands for "I Screwed Up".)

The colors aren't too bad, though.
