The concrete core for this 46 story tower of flats is at level 33. This tower is on the sight of the London Area built in the early 80s and demolished 30 years later to allow the insatiable demand for residential property development on the Isle Of Dogs London . I often say if you were to take a docker to this area now who worked there in the early 70s before the docks closed he who think he was on another planet.
