2010 is full of beautiful memories and I can't (or I don't really want to) pick just one. So I decided to shoot something I like (I'm a proud Stairaholic!!) and to share some thoughts on this Project365 with you.
I still don't really know why I started this adventure but it sure was a pretty good idea! As they say, "practice makes perfect!" and taking a shot a day do help me improve my knowledge of my camera, my baby boy Samuel :) , and my photography skills. I also think that it sharpened my imagination and my curiosity.
So what next ? I just can't stop taking a photo a day!! I already thought about some new challenges : more portraits (even strangers if I dare), street photography, weekly themes, scavenger hunts, etc. and I hope to keep on learning and loving photography!

I really deserved a little treat after this long day! Disappointed not being able to have the photo I had planned, I had trouble finding a "plan B" so I decided to keep it simple.

I found these flowers in a colleague's office. Not only do they have a beautiful warm color but their perfume is so enchanting.
The Daily Shoot assignment for 2010/12/29 was : Make a photograph with as soft a light source as you can find or create.
The cloudy sky created a nice softbox for this shot and I added an Orton effect with GIMP.
