I am finally getting around to editing my photos from my trip to Puebla, Mexico last month (6/2021). I made this portrait along Callejon de los Sapos or the Alley of the Toads, which is my favorite street in Puebla. The vibrant colors are like candy for photographers. Along this street one can find many antique shops, bars and restaurants set in old houses.
Why the name Alley of the Toads? Local history claims that when it would rain in the past, this is where the toads would congregate. With this much beauty who could blame the toads?!

The brightly decorated church on the hill is the Santuario de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, the most famous landmark in Cholula, Mexico. What most people don't know is that the hill is actually Pirámide Tepanapa, the world largest pyramid (volume wise) and world's largest monument.

It's simple! Just go out at night when it is pouring rain and everybody else is indoors staying dry. LOL!
