I had an idea for what I hope will become a new series and got to play around with the notion yesterday. It's sort of a subset or offshoot of the whole "Self, Abandoned" thing.
A different approach to showing my similarities to the decaying environment than I've tried previously (and not quite got there), this involves utilizing plastic to make my body more like 'trash'. I realize these will have a crime scene investigation feel to a lot of them, though that isn't necessarily my intention. I'm experimenting. Yesterday I had three clear dry-cleaning bags with which to play, but they are flimsy and too small and of course tore quickly. I'm going to try clear contractor/industrial type trash bags next time.
The light in this room of an abandoned factory was glorious.
