After finding a few shopping bags in a Target store parking lot, this lady makes her weary way to a bus stop on a busy street in Pomona, California.
The temperature is in the 90s and her gait is glacier slow, made with extreme effort.
She exposes only her right eye and she cannot speak. When asked her name, she could only make a single, high-pitched droning sound in reply.
She has a plastic bag around one foot and wears only one glove. Her clothing is discolored by layers of dirt.
She displays a bright splash of color as if to say, this is my untarnished soul.
