Butterflies and moths in the larval stage of development are called caterpillars, from the Latin catta pilosa, meaning “hairy cat.” Not all caterpillars are hairy, however. Bare-skinned caterpillars—which are popularly called worms—include such types as the cabbageworm and the armyworm.

A wasp is a predatory flying stinging insect of the order Hymenoptera and suborder Apocrita that is neither a bee nor an ant. A narrower and simpler but popular definition of the term wasp is any member of the aculeate family Vespidae. Wasps are critically important in natural biocontrol as almost every pest insect species has at least one wasp species that is a predator upon it. Parasitic wasps are increasingly used in agricultural pest control as they have little impact on crops.

Lynx spiders can be found on grass and low herbage.
The long legged hunting spiders are capable of running very fast and jump on their prey like a cat. This is why their common name is lynx spider.
They do not make a web but activily hunt their prey.
Although their eyesight is not as good as that of the jumping spiders they can see their prey from a distance of up to 10 centimeters. They have two large front eyes besides a smaller pair, two on the side of their head and two large ones looking above and backward giving them an almost 360 degree view
Often these spiders are abundant and very colourful.
The spiders are active during day-time, preferable in the sunshine, running and jumping over leaves and grasses.

A planthopper is any insect in the infraorder Fulgoromorpha within the Hemiptera. The name comes from their remarkable resemblance to leaves and other plants of their environment and from the fact that they often "hop" for quick transportation in a similar way to that of grasshoppers. However, these planthoppers generally walk very slowly so as not to attract attention. Distributed worldwide, all members of this group are plant-feeders, though surprisingly few are considered pests. The infraorder contains only a single superfamily, Fulgoroidea. Fulgoroids are most reliably distinguished from the other members of the classical "Homoptera" by two features; the bifurcate ("Y"-shaped) anal vein in the forewing, and the thickened, three-segmented antennae, with a generally round or egg-shaped second segment (pedicel) that bears a fine filamentous arista.
