Last weekend I took Cole to his first Karate meet. Grand Master Khan had flown over from England. A real privilage to see someone like him practice the art, and humerous seeing him leave students half his age in the dust when it came to fitness levels!

After 3 hours of training, the day was done and Cole was spent. Just a quick 'Jedi Form #1' to learn before we headed back home to Illinois. Cole slept well that night!
