My wife and I spent some amazing time with a few spider monkeys. The lighting was horrible but the experience was amazing. They where feeding on some fruit fairly low near the ground at about 6:30am. There tails are very strong and holds 100% of their body weight.

We were lucky to find this Sloth with her baby. This was our first Two-toed Sloth in the wild. Costa Rica is an amazing place.

This was one of the species I wanted to see. I think the Trogon species of birds are beautiful. We were lucky to see one but the lighting was difficult. Lighting is difficult in many areas on our trip but it was still great to see the various species that we have never seen before. Thanks for the use of flash and the 1dx that we managed some difficult shots that were tough to pull off.
