I have discovered a new life form in my garden, a cute and friendly tree fungus which I named Woody. Woody was covered with cat hair when I found him, so I suppose the cats already know him. :)

I love berries and always buy some on a local market on Fridays at this time of year. The strawberries have a shorter shelf life than the bilberries and that's why I eat them first. One of the strawberries tried to escape its inevitable fate, though. :)

I think it's safe to say that Monty the mouse made a big impression on the cheese. :) The bigger danger was Linus the cat, though, as he was very interested in the cheese too.

The photoshoot with Mr. Asparagus was relaxed and quite productive .... until Linus decided that he wanted to join in and it all turned somewhat chaotic. After a few minutes Mr. Asparagus just wanted to return to his fridge and I can't blame him (see photo in the comments).

Here is another capture from my crazy asparagus photoshoot. The teddy bear is one I have had for decades, since I was a child. It is tiny, the perfect size for Mister Asparagus. I also took some photos of the asparagus with Linus and have to admit that my green friend looked more relaxed in the company of the bear. Maybe I will post one of the Linus photos tomorrow.
