This is a new box, made of Black Walnut with a Zebra Wood lid, next to a Cherry box with a lid made of Cocobolo that I made a while ago.

This is another simple but elegant box, featuring sturdy box-joint construction, but with lots of loving attention paid to details like chamfered edges and grain matching. The slightly inset lid celebrates the wood's origins with a featured knot hole.

This is probably the last of the tiny boxes I'll do for a while, going to move on to larger, slightly more complex pieces soon... so get 'em while they're hot!!

These are fun little boxes, all made from the same chunk of wood, which was actually two layers of padauk sandwiching a layer of purpleheart. The insides are coated with blue flocking.
