El pasado domingo, la Reina y yo, junto a un grupo de intrépidos y aventureros amigos, acometimos una magna senderista ruta a través del Parque Natural de las Lagunas de Ruidera (Albacete/Ciudad Real). Logramos alcanzar épicos emplazamientos de en verdad magnas vistas, como aqueste, desde el que contemplar pudimos la Laguna de San Pedro, una de las más bellas y extensas de todo el complejo de las Lagunas de Ruidera y que se abastece de agua por el río Alarconcillo, que nace en las inmediaciones de la localidad albaceteña de Ossa de Montiel, y también del agua que sobra a la Laguna Tinaja. Una muestra más de la variopinta y singular gracia y belleza del paisaje manchego.

Last Sunday, the queen and I, together with a group of intrepid and adventurous friends, walked an interesting hiking route through Ruidera Lagoons Natural Park (Albacete/Ciudad Real, Spain). We reached some wonderful settings, providing stunning panoramic views, like this of San Pedro lagoon, one of the most beautiful and extensive lakes of the entire complex of Ruidera lagoons. It is supplied with the Tinaja lagoon overflowing water and also by the Alarconcillo river, which has its source in the vicinity of Ossa de Montiel (Albacete). It is one more example of the colourful and unique beauty of La Mancha landscape.

Otra toma de la ruta por el Parque Natural de las Lagunas de Ruidera, esta vez, mostrando la vegetación de la zona más oriental de la Laguna Tinaja, en su parte más próxima a la Tomilla. Las nubes de aquel día, combinadas con la luz del sol, realzaron el paisaje con un interesante juego de luces y sombras.

One more shot of the hiking route through the Natural Park of Lagunas de Ruidera (Albacete/Ciudad Real, Spain). This time, the picture shows the vegetation of the eastern end of Tinaja lagoon, very close to the western end of Tomilla lagoon. The clouds, combined with the sunlight of that day, provided an interesting play of lights and shadows that enhanced the landscape.

Una fotografía más de la magna y épica senderista ruta a través del Parque Natural de las Lagunas de Ruidera (Albacete/Ciudad Real) que, el pasado mes, la Reina y yo acometimos en compañía de audaces e intrépidos amigos ☺
Trátase, en esta ocasión, de una vista de la Laguna Colgada, la cual, con sus 2400 metros cuadrados, no sólo es la más grande del Parque Natural de las Lagunas de Ruidera, sino que es también la única que pertenece a las dos provincias en que se divide el Parque: Albacete y Ciudad Real, sirviendo el tómbolo que aparece en primer plano como elemento natural de división entre ambas.

Another capture taken past month during the epic hiking route through Ruidera Lagoons Natural Park (Albacete / Ciudad Real), that the Queen and I undertook together with a group of brave and intrepid friends ☺
This time, it's a view of the "Laguna Colgada" which, with an area of 2400 square meters, it is not only the largest lake of the Ruidera Lagoons Natural Park, but also the only one that is part of the two provinces in which the Park is divided: Albacete and Ciudad Real, serving the narrow stretch of land that appears in the foreground as a natural element of division between both provinces.

Un grupo de ánades reales nadando en una de las Lagunas de Ruidera. La fotografía fue tomada con el Zenzanon 40mm f/4 MC de la Bronica ETRS, adaptado a la Canon EOS 50 D con un anillo adaptador Bronica ETR a EOS de Fotodiox sin confirmación de enfoque. El objetivo procura unos colores y un contraste realmente muy atractivos.

A group of mallard ducks swimming in one of the Ruidera lakes. The photograph was taken with the Zenzanon 40mm f / 4 MC lens of my Bronica ETRS, adapted to my Canon EOS 50 D camera with a Fotodiox Bronica ETR to EOS adapter ring without focus confirmation. This lens gives really highly attractive colors and beautiful contrast.
