Although I titled the image Hotel Saratoga, I was more interested in the entire street scene, especially this traffic circle. I also waited for this cycle rickshaw to get into the foreground to complete my composition.

Standing the same spot where I took photos of the valley (see yesterday's posting), there were several of these vultures flying over the valley. The vulture in the image below fIew in quite close. I wished I had my tele with me to photograph these vultures, which seemed to be everywhere in the rural areas of Cuba.

One of my favourite captures during my stay in Cuba. It took me couple takes (not an error on my part of course :P) to get this sequence as I waited patiently for a hit. Rather than doing a closeup, I stayed low to capture the entire scene to include the houses/structures/vehicles, the moody sky, the chillaxed players/spectators, and the flying baseball.
