Found a roll with a bit cryptic note on it. APX - but no speed, so I bracketed it 100/200/400 - still to fast!
No edge markings either!
Afer a month of shooting with various Bessa/Zeiss cameras - I am now going back to "sunny f16" with a couple of M's and the classic set, 35 Summicron, 50 Summicron and 90 Summicron - and IXMOO loads with Kodak XX.

A friend returned a F3 that I lent him some time ago - so a family portrait was in order. The F3/MD4 is an ergonomically very good set up. Fits the hand well too. The F with the F36 maybe not so pleasant to carry too long - but truly a classic F.
The F3's motor has a rather discreet "burp" when advancing - the F36 has a more "slam,bang" noise.

The classic kit. M2 with a 35mm f2.0, a back-up 50mm f2 and a later 90f2 on a heavily modified M3/M2 (M3 finder - M2 every where else). The 90 f2 is a later "Big Bertha" as the earlier ones were way to heavy.

I never understood why Leica kept putting the infinity stops on the early M-lenses - and after having had the 50 "jump" and lock one too many times - it was time for surgery. Dremel grinder made short work of it - and now it stays in focus where i want it!
