Shooting 100 iso at the moment means hand holding at 1/30s or even slower!
Just like the Turbo Diesel Coupe. One of my favourite designs from Mercedes.

The entrance to Granville Island. The city crew wisely decided to do the maintenance on the road way - using the bridge as a rain shelter!
At the moment we have rain - lots of it. 100 iso film is tricky - most everything is at wide open of really slow speeds.
The paper tells us 100% chance of rain for the next 6 days. Ok, there are a couple of days with only 90% chance - but no time line for when the 10% happens. Probably between 3.30 am and 5 am!

Interesting collection of businesses. I like the "Ocean Breath Yoga" and the Wild Whales Vancouver". Combine it and you get whales with halitosis!

The pyrocat HD is higher contrast generally than the Beutler - and with the current "monsoon" it's needed.

I mixed fresh fixer and changed the water filters to the heating unit. Vast improvement - no little spots etc.
The owner did admit that owning a wooden hulled boat was a labor of love! It was scraped down to the bare hull and was awaiting more sanding. smoothing out and also replacing a couple of the planks. Here they tend t paint them with solid colours - in the Nordic countries they are often varnished with a mirror gloss - looks good but requires a lot of work.
