The combination of APX 400 (my last 5 rolls of that) and Rodinal and the 50f1.2 Canon gives a rather etheral look to the 21st Century mural at 2nd and Rupert.

Wonder if they will benefit from the "bail out"?
I have been trying to figure out the lifespan of my Pyrocat HD developer. Now I know! It is slightly less than 6 month and when it goes, it goes fast! Very thin negs, even with a 30% boost in times!

In spite of being about 2 stops slow - the Pyrocat HD pulled well with the Tmax 2-400. That overpass was dark underneath.

One of the highlights in Louisville was a visit to the Paul Paletti Gallery. He has amassed a jaw-dropping collection of images. Everything from Julia Margeret Cameron's "Alice Lidell", Ruth Orkin's famous shot from Florence and that one he bought from the girl in the photo, who married the cousin of one of the guys in the photo!!!!!!! Atget;s, Brassai.s, HCB - the list just goes on. I have seen at lot of photography collections in my life, but this one is up there with the best! I also liked it because it is a collection that is based on one persons interest - not curators for a museum.
Paul is an atterney and all along the corridors and in the other laywers offices, as well as in the law-clerks offices there are photo's hanging!
