From a lovely day of spring, when several mute swans (Cygnus olor) came close as I sat by a river.

Suddenly two of them started this beautiful synchronized dancing, cleaning and drinking in front of me.

A video with my own photos from around the Jæren district, where I used to live for 13 years, and still often visit since I live just about one hour away now.

It's also me singing the old song "Heim te Jæren" (Home to Jæren), about the nature and landscapes on Jæren. It's recorded some years ago, produced by Jørgen Manke.

I made the video for a presentation I had for the local group of The Norwegian Ornithological Society 2.5 weeks ago.

In between all the photos of the male brown bears in Finland, I took some videos as well to capture and remember their sounds and movements.

This one came only a couple of meters outside our small hide. The little secret here is that it eats dog food that we put out there.
