Cienfuegos is a city on the southern coast of Cuba. It is located about 250 km from Havana and has a population of 150,000. The city is dubbed La Perla del Sur (Pearl of the South).
La Punta is a peninsula located in Cienfuegos and a recreation area with a wonderful pavilion.
It was used for a birthday party, when I was making this picture.

Regensburg is located at the northernmost point of the Danube flowing in from the south, which after the confluence of the left tributary Naab is forced by the west-east range of the Winzerer heights to change its course to the east. In the urban area of Regensburg the Danube runs in two arms, between them lies the populated Danube island Oberer Wöhrd, on which this photograph was taken.
Regensburg liegt am nördlichsten Punkt der von Süden anströmenden Donau, die nach der Einmündung des linken Nebenflusses Naab vom West-Ost-Höhenzug der Winzerer Höhen gezwungen wird, ihren Lauf in Richtung Osten zu verändern. Im Stadtgebiet von Regensburg verläuft die Donau in zwei Armen, dazwischen liegt die besiedelte Donauinseln Oberer Wöhrd, auf der aus diese Aufnahme entstanden ist.

The district road R2 from Langenerling to Moosham was upgraded at the end of the 1990s. At that time, the district of Regensburg purchased a 10 m wide strip. This was unique at the time and allowed a row of trees to be planted in the area, which was poor in trees. Thus, a total of 96 winter lime trees were planted on the approx. 2 km long section. This row of lime trees can be seen from far away.
Die Kreisstraße R2 von Langenerling nach Moosham wurde Ende der 1990er Jahre ausgebaut. Der Landkreis Regensburg arwarb damals einen rd. 10 m breiten Streifen. Dies war damals einzigartig und erlaubte, in der baumarmen Flur eine Baumreihe zu setzen. So wurden auf dem ca. 2 km langen Streckenabschnitt insgesamt 96 Winterlinden gepflanzt. Diese Lindenreihe ist schon von weitem zu sehen.

El Capitolio, or National Capitol Building in Havana, Cuba, was the organization of government in Cuba until after the Cuban Revolution in 1959, and is now home to the Cuban Academy of Sciences. "El Capitolio" has a size of 681 by 300 ft. Its design is compared to that of the United States Capitol, but is not a replica of it.[1] Completed in 1929, it was the tallest building in Havana until the 1950s and houses the world's third largest indoor statue. In 2018, the building was under repair.
