Something is gathering above the mountains at lake sufner in switzerland. The catchment lake is situated on the way to Italy close to the San Bernadino mountain pass at 1401 meters a.s.l.

The Milan Cathedral is after St. Peter's Basilica in Rome the second largest Church in Italy and the third largest worldwide. The building of the really imposing structure started in 1386. The dedication was in 1572.
Der Mailänder Dom (Basilica cattedrale metropolitana di Santa Maria Nascente) ist nach dem Petersdom in Rom die zweitgrößte Kirche Italiens und die drittgrößte der Welt. Der Bau dieses sehr imposanten Bauwerks begann bereits 1386. Die Einweihung erfolgte 1572.

The galleria vittorio emanuele ii is a monument of commerce. It is located directly besides the cathedral. Nowhere esle I realiced the parrallels of this buildings so much as I did here. In both temples they are worshipping a faith. In the cathedral the faith of the existence and vertue of a higher beeing and here the faith in the vertue of things to the nature of a person. I'm an atheist in both ways (at least I believe in that). Nonetheless a very impressive structure.
Die galleria vittorio emanuele ii ist ein Monument des Kommerzes. Sie steht direkt neben der Kathedrale. Nirgendwo sonst sind mir die Parallelen zwischen beiden Bauwerken so sehr aufgefallen wie hier. In beiden Tempeln wird einem Glauben gehuldigt. In der Cathedrale dem Glauben an die Existenz und Wirksamkeit einer höheren Macht und hier dem Glauben an die Wirksamkeit von Dingen auf das Wesen eines Menschen. Ich bin in beiden Fällen ein Attheist (zumindest glaube ich fest daran). Trotzdem ein sehr beeindruckender Bau.

Beautiful architecture and a lot, many, people, whoe want to get from A to be as fast as possible. Among them quantities of tourists, like myself, just standing around making pictures.

Schöne Architektur und viele, sehr viele, Menschen, die alle schnell von A nach B wollen. Dazwischen Unmengen von Touristen, so wie ich, die in all der Eile einfach stehen bleiben und fotografieren.
