This hike was a few miles south of Going to the Sun Road, and IMO it was TOTALLY worth doing. Had a great time, seeing this lake at the end. The trail parallels a nice looking creek(Avalanche Creek) that you occasionally get close to, on the way up to seeing this lake. And this is a nice reward, for hiking this far.

This was it's last run of the day, going west from the Loop to 54th/Cermak, and arriving at Morgan(2nd of 3 stops west of the Loop, before it turns southwest). It took longer than I thought for it to return, but I'm glad I waited its return out here.

I had a failed attempt of trying to do a video earlier, so I attempted one just before California on the northwestbound final trip. Inbetween the Congress Theater, and it arriving at the California stop.

Left too late from home to catch the special 10am run, so I caught the final roundtrip as it left O'Hare to head south to Forest Park, then rode all the way on the trip back to O'Hare.

I had to wait through several regular Blue Line trains of course, to finally catch the final 2200s trip. But definitely so very worth the wait!
