Taking some updated photos of places with neon signs, I've always liked myself. This sign is animated too, with the Wolfy's part of the sign going from a thinner font look to a thickier one, than back to a thinner letter look. They are a hot dog stand that has been open since 1967(sold to the current owners, in 1999), and thankfully has survived the test of time. The gas station right behind here went from being a Mobil station to a Citgo, and very recently only became an Arco station in I think 2021. Also the corner building at Peterson and California, was demolished in late 2021/early 2022. A new building, is being built in its place.

Funny enough the night I visited, icicles were already forming on this menu board. This is the location at Devon and Milwaukee btw, and one day I'll try to also photograph the location in Wheeling(north suburbs).
