This is not exactly the response the prompt intended, but it is about cheese & I’d like to share a local historical site, the Black River Cheese Company, situated on the shores of Black River. While the company changed ownership a few years ago, I’m unsure if they still produce cheese at this location. Nonetheless, there is an adorable store on site that sells a wide variety of cheese and other goodies and even an ice cream counter!
