I couldn't take my eyes off the sky and the lake. It's almost a good thing the fish weren't biting, considering I was more intent on trying to capture the beauty around me in my camera than a fish on my line.

The powers-that-be had the path to the falls and the beach blocked off, as carpenters worked on the railed wooden walkway meant to keep people from playing in the falls, as we have in the past. So we took the other path instead.
