This is a completely different vehicle from the previous photograph but another perfect example of 'Rat Rod' ingenuity where parts are repurposed & can include non-automotive items like the wrench gear shifter, sign for a section of dash panel, old metal Quaker State oil can for a cup holder, and welded chain for a steering wheel. You can also see in this rat rod that some of the dash & the floor is made from diamond plate, there are no panels on the doors, and there is a fan mounted to the opposite 'c' post for cooling. Add in a few stickers and you have a complete interior for a unquestionable "Rat Rod".
This photo was taken in 2013 during my previous Project 365…please visit my album for this “REMASTERED” Project 365 as I revisit each day of 2013 for additional photos to share!!
Three bracketed photos were taken with a handheld Nikon D5200 and combined with Photomatix Pro to create this HDR image. Additional adjustments were made in Photoshop CS6.

We found this little side road (Beach Road) that took you right down to the water's edge...it was not somewhere that you could park and spend any time but I was able to grab a few quick shots out the car window. This is just east of Waikiki beach and at the foot of the Diamond Head Crater near Diamond Head Lighthouse. I particularly like this shot with the singular palm tree on the right and beautiful blue Pacific water and Hawaiian sky. There is even a couple of "extra nuggets" in this photo that I didn't even see until it was on my computer...a boat right in the middle out in the darker blue water at the horizon AND a tour helicopter in the upper left corner. Sometimes you just get lucky...

Panoramic skyline of Downtown Nashville, Tennessee including the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium (Home of NFL's Tennessee Titans) on the far right. Taken just as the sun is setting behind the skyline from the Korean Veteran's Memorial Bridge with my LG G4 and edited slightly in Photoshop 6.

A gigantic, life-size dragon constructed completely out of LEGO's and located just outside the LEGO Store at Disney Springs near the Walt Disney Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The 'fire' that it is breathing is directed at a mid-evil era knight that is also built from LEGO's. Being a huge LEGO fan with a few sets in my collection, this is just fascinating to me and photograph worthy...
