The results of some experimentation with intentional camera movement on a dull day at Barleycove beach in the far south west of Ireland where more conventional photographic opportunities were limited.

In the gloomy weather at the weekend, I took the opportunity to mess about with intentional camera movement. I found this nice piece of birchwood near Stanage Edge and took dozens of images at a relatively long exposure whilst moving the camera up and down.

The result of some messing about this morning. I found a patch of colour amongst the turning leaves of a stand of Beech trees and took a few shots whilst zooming out from 24mm to 70mm. Most of this effect was achieved 'in camera.' I just boosted the saturation in Lightroom.
