A quick 1 dayer up to the Lakes to meet up with the gang, some of whom I hadn't seen for a long time due to Covid.
The previous afternoon / evening was very wet and yielded very little (apart from a great curry in Ambleside)!
With the weather looking generally poor for the day after we decided to head to this area on the off chance of there being some mist hanging about as the skies were forecast to be pretty much full on cloud.
This was one of 2 shots I got from the morning that I like and all in all given the weather it was a miracle we managed to get anything, this peaceful and glorious scene caught my eye from a distance away, Lingmoor fell can be seen to the rear. Worth having a click on it and viewing large.
