A shot taken on the 4th of February 2017, a day I will remember for a very long time. Because on this day everything was perfect to get rays of light for a very long time. We do not have this really often here in South-East Bavaria. Together with my wife and two of our dogs I shot hundreds of photos. Only a few doesn´t survived the sorting. For me, a perfect day in a photographers life.

Taken in a Forest near my hometown with my Sony A7II and the FE 24-70/2.8 GM. The perfect lens for running through the woods :)

On this day we were together hunting for pictures. Short after i took this picture, the sun flooded the foggy forest with light. Definitely one of my greatest days. You have already seen a lot of pictures from this day. During this shot i had two dogs on the leash.

My absolute favorite thing in photography is catching (and of course simply watching) rays of light. Instantly getting itchy feet when thinking on the forthcoming autumn :) This one here is from the 4th of February this year. Perfect conditions (enough aerosol in the air) here in our region mainly in the "cold" times of the year.
