This puzzle came from a stage when Arrow were issuing multiple images under the same number but with no indication on the box that they were not unique or just how many variations there were to find. This is one of two titles (Switzerland and W. Germany) that I am aware of.

A generic title and something of a generic view, not an image you would associate with Switzerland specifically, this could be almost anywhere. Unsurprisingly an image search does not identify a location.
