It is a rare community in this part of Pennsylvania that does not have a little league baseball field. This is the first year kids this age have had to face player pitchers. It makes for a lot of walks, hit batsmen and once in a while the ball gets hit. At any rate little league is a community building experience, if it's done well and with the kids development as the top priority.

An egg posed on a small gilded flower vase. The image fits well within my 75mm square template. HMM and thanks to anyone that stops here to view, fave and write a comment.

In this photo is Jupiter, The comet 12P/Pons-Brooks, a commercial aircraft and some streaks that looked like satellites. Uranus is supposed to be aligned with Jupiter and somewhere in this frame but I am not at all confident where it is or if it is visible in a photo taken at 100mm.

I had been watching the weather forecast since the first of April and I was prepared for disappointment on the eighth. I did manage to get a fair representation of the event although not as good as some of my relatives that traveled to central Ohio for that day. on a side note, just today I decided to check the date and time stamp for the camera I used to take pictures of the eclipse. The minutes were twenty-seven minutes behind and the daylight savings switch was off. All the time stamps for the photos I snapped were one hour and twenty-seven minutes slow. I really failed eclipse nerddom that day.
