A large bighorn ram slides down a short slope in a cloud of dust, his eyes still fixed on the subject of his chase. Although the ram has successfully dominated all the competitors during this rut season, hammering them into retreat; this ewe has not been sufficiently impressed and now runs pell-mell in an attempt to escape his intentions. It was a breakneck chase in the Colorado Rockies over treacherous mountain slopes and terrain. After some five minutes of full-speed chase, the ram finally won out.
