Tony gave me instuctions how to take this photo. I stood on the rock that he indicated, saw what he meant, and shot ithe hole as you see it. Others were mystified by the directions until they, too, stood on the spot and saw the picture.

A hogan is a Navajo dwelling. The Big Hogan is a natural cave with a "smoke hole" or natural arch in the ceiling. The acoustics are great!
